Developed and delivered the Validation and Verification programme for CL345 AVENTRA for 32 subsystems. Identified and managed key risks at subsystem level, ensuring smooth completion of the CL345 test programme. Delivered submission for NoBo and DeBo to support creation of technical file for train certification. Coaching and training the engineering personnel to adopt system engineering best practices.
